Brad is the pitts
I don't know why I have this overwhelming hate for Brad Pitt. I guess no one else does because ihatebradpitt.com and bradpittsucks.com are still available domains.
The other day on "ET on MTV" (...what? it's better than regular ET), Brad Pitt was being interviewed about the new movie "Ocean's Twelve." He kept bashing the other actors, saying how stupid they are and whatever other words he can squeeze out of his tiny brain. And then he said something like, "I really didn't want to do this movie, but I had to, you know. I couldn't get any other work. And this sort of just fell into my lap. It was like a contractual thing. I had to do it." So basically, he was totally desperate for work, his career is going down the drain, people finally realized how ugly he is, this is the only gig he could get because he signed a contract when the first movie came out. What a lunatic.
I guess that's really why BP is doing all of this weird political lobbying on the side. He won the Prop 71 thing, which will provide money for stem cell research to possibly save peoples' lives in the future, but no money to save peoples' lives in the present. Way to go BP. Now I hear he's "learning about AIDS in Africa." What does that mean, exactly? Doesn't he know what AIDS is? Maybe not.
I do appreciate it when celebrities try to get smart with real life and try to get involved (like all those football players that volunteer with the United Way...hmm...do they really volunteer, or are they just in the commercials? :-P) but I really don't need my celebrities walking around talking about stuff like they know it all. If I turn on the tv tomorrow and see Brad Pitt in a commercial or on some news show talking about what we can do to solve the world's AIDS problem (by giving just ten cents a day), I'm going to flip out.
