1. Holiday travel
2. Airlines that outsource their customer service to people who don't care to help you reschedule your flight but just tell you over and over that your flight is delayed and you'll never make your connection and that the next available flight isn't til after Christmas
3. Airlines that have some sort of special relationship so that when you buy the ticket it says one airline name and flight number but then when you actually get to the airport you realize it's a totally different airline with a totally different flight number and then when you try to reschedule your flight they tell you to call the other airline and when you do that airline tells you that you need to call the other airline because they have some sort of agreement like that
